Coupons
Our coupons can be used for most brands and items, but some exclusions may occur. Please note the following list of restrictions that generally apply to Avenue B coupons:
• Only one coupon may be redeemed per order.
• Coupons cannot be stacked with other promotions or loyalty points.
• Coupons cannot be redeemed for cash or gift cards.
• Valid through dates specified on coupon or promotion.
Redeeming Coupons
To redeem a valid coupon code, place all items you would like to purchase in your shopping cart. Redeem your coupon by entering the coupon code in the space provided and click APPLY. If the coupon code is valid, the applicable discount or promotion will appear in the shopping basket.
Only one coupon code may be redeemed per order on shopavenueb.com. If you are having issues redeeming an active coupon, please contact our Customer Experience Team here.
Shipping Promotions
Orders qualifying for FREE or discounted shipping promotions are shipped via our Economy service only. FREE or discounted shipping is available in the contiguous U.S. states only, and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and oversized packages.
Return Value
All applicable promotions, offers, discounts, and coupons applied at the time of purchase will be prorated and deducted from the amount of refunds or credits, including loyalty points.
